Overnight Stays

The house is fully functioning. We have heat, electric,  2 bathrooms,  a shower and window A/C unit in the summer time. There is a refrigerator, microwave ,and pizza maker if you choose to bring a frozen pizza. We have a coffee station that also has hot chocolate, snacks and microwave popcorn available (subject to availability).  We have one double bed available or bring your own cot or air mattress. There is some basic paranormal equipment available for use. There is a DVD/Blu ray player if you want to watch a movie, bring your own or we have a few there. We also have a ROKU streaming device for TV.  WI-FI is available.

Check in time is 3pm and check out is noon the next day.  This is a private overnight and you will have the house to yourselves. We allow up to eight people for an overnight.

Please note we have security cameras throughout the house. This is for yours and ours protection and safety. The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited at the house.

The cost for an overnight is $225 that covers up to 8 people.  We do payment through Pay Pal and Venmo. Payment is due in full within two weeks after booking to hold your date. There are no refunds although we do allow rescheduling.  Check the calendar below.
